    The Great Jones is a hip length, easy fitting jacket and vest with patch pockets, bias trim finish on edges and interior seams, open front and 3 neckline and 3 sleeve options: View A has a square neck with a set in sleeve, View B has a rounded neck with puffed sleeve, View C has a v-neck with flange sleeve. Mix and match as you wish! Designed for pre-quilted double sided fabrics or upcycled quilts (or quilt your own fabric!)

    This is a layered, PDF pattern suitable for printing in A0 copy shop format and both A4 and US letter sized paper. Page count: A0 is 3 pages, A4/US Letter tiled version is 49 pages.

    Suggested Fabrics

    Pre-quilted fabrics, recycled quilts, or self-quilted fabrics made from 2 layers of light to medium weight wovens with a light quilt batting inside.

     

    For bias trim and flange lining of View C: light or medium weight cotton fabric in contrast color or print.

     

    Samples are: Pink small floral with neon trim (View A) is a Liberty of London pre-quilted, the pink tweed (View A) is one layer of tweed self-quilted with one layer of Warm & Natural and self made trim, the red “kiss” print (View B) is a cotton poplin self-quilted with one layer of Warm and Natural, the white vintage patchwork (View B) is a upcycled vintage quilt, the red vest (View C) is 2 silk scarves self-quilted with one layer of Warm & Natural.
